We are looking for a dynamic and responsible professional for the position of:
🔹 Store & Accounts Executive (1 Position)
📍 Location: Udaipur
🎓 Qualification: B.Com (Mandatory)
📌 Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Hotel Industry Preferred)
Job Summary:
The Store & Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing property-level operations along with day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accurate inventory control, financial documentation, and compliance with company standards
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations:
- Manage complete inventory control system
- Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) process
- Maintain stock registers and system entries
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification
- Ensure FIFO method implementation
- Monitor minimum & maximum stock levels
- Prevent wastage, pilferage, and stock discrepancies
Accounts Functions:
- Maintain daily accounting entries & voucher posting
- Vendor bill verification and reconciliation
- Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
- Maintain purchase, sales & cash book records
- Support GST documentation & compliance
- Assist in monthly closing & MIS reporting
- Coordinate with HO Accounts and Hotel Operations team
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
✔ B.Com (Mandatory)
✔ Minimum 2 years relevant experience
✔ Hotel industry experience preferred
✔ Strong inventory management knowledge
✔ Good documentation and reporting skills
✔ Ability to work independently and responsibly
