About the Role:
We are hiring skilled and detail-oriented Accountants with expertise in Zoho Books for the role of Accounts manager. Candidates must have prior experience working in a CA firm or a professional bookkeeping/accounting firm. Strong working knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS compliance is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and led and team.
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations in Zoho Books.
- Review vendor bills, bank transactions, and reconciliations.
- Reconcile statutory remittances and 26AS statement.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, and TDS return
- Issue TDS certificates and liaise with auditors and consultants.
- Drive process improvements and standardise workflows using Zoho Books.
Requirements:
- Qualification: B.Com / CA Inter / MBA
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years
- Background: CA firm or professional bookkeeping firm is a plus
- Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally, and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws
