Role Description
The Account Specialist is responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and performing financial and account-related tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing account data, and providing exceptional customer service. The specialist will also collaborate with team members to resolve client queries and build strong relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ankleshwar.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and monitor account performance
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Knowledge of Finance and expertise in handling account management tasks
- Proven experience in Account Management to develop and sustain positive client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the bulk packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus
