Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Trivandrum for the position of Account Specialist. The Account Specialist will be responsible for managing client accounts, delivering personalized customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring accurate financial transactions. The role involves analyzing client needs, providing financial support and consultations, resolving customer issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Additionally, the Account Specialist will support overall account management and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to maintain effective client relations and deliver high levels of client satisfaction
- Proficiency in Finance-related tasks, including financial processes and account oversight
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients and team members effectively
- Advanced Analytical Skills for problem-solving and understanding client-specific needs
- Relevant work experience in account management, education consulting, or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team in an on-site capacity
