Role Description
The Account Director is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies, and leading a team to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
The Account Director will act as the main point of contact for clients and agency, ensuring their needs and goals are met effectively. Additionally, responsibilities include collaborating across teams, allocating resources efficiently, and driving client satisfaction and business growth.
Experience
3-6 years in advertising agencies
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management, Networking, and Account Growth skills
- Strong Team Leadership and Project Management skills
- Strategic Planning and Analytical Thinking abilities
- Proficiency in Marketing, Advertising, and Brand Development strategies
- Exceptional Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in the marketing and advertising industry is essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
