Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Account Service Delivery Manager (ASDM) to lead and grow strategic client accounts within the BFSI and Development Banking sector. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end account delivery, governance, customer engagement, and revenue growth while driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- The role requires strong exposure to cloud migration, application modernization, managed services, and next-generation digital IT operations. Candidates should have experience managing complex enterprise accounts with UK/EU stakeholders and operating within onsite-offshore delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage strategic client accounts with revenue responsibility.
- Manage one large anchor account or a portfolio of smaller accounts with equivalent revenue ownership.
- Drive end-to-end service delivery including governance, delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Lead digital transformation programs involving cloud migration, application modernization, and large-scale managed services engagements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VP, SVP, and CXO-level stakeholders.
- Handle complex client environments with multiple touchpoints, governance forums, and escalations.
- Drive account growth through solutioning, budgeting, account mining, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with delivery, engineering, cloud, and transformation teams to ensure successful execution.
- Manage onsite-offshore engagement models for UK and European customers.
- Ensure SLA adherence, risk mitigation, escalation management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 18+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Account Management, or Client Engagement roles.
- Strong experience in BFSI, Development Banking, Investment Banking, or Multilateral Financial Institutions.
- Experience working with organizations such as World Bank, development banks, or global banking institutions is preferred.
- Proven track record in managing strategic enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth.

- Experience managing high-touch, high-expectation enterprise customers.
