Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Relationship Manager located in Virudhunagar. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, identifying and addressing customer needs, and fostering a positive client experience. Responsibilities include ensuring high customer satisfaction, resolving queries, managing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align client goals with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management, client servicing, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in account management, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Experience in the education or e-learning sector is an advantage
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
