• Denial Management
• Appeals preparation
• Rejections handling
• Eligibility verification
• Calling insurance for queries
• Claims review
• Resolve billing issues that have resulted in delayed payments.
• Meeting quality benchmark
• Hands on experience in handling insurance companies
• Understand the project requirements and specifications, ensure targeted collections are met on a daily / monthly basis
• Ensure follow-up on pending claims
• Prepare and maintain claim status reports
• Excellent written and oral communication skills Required.
