The Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager / Account Manager to sit at the intersection of clients, creatives, and production. You’ll own client relationships day-to-day, drive projects from brief to delivery, and bring sharp creative judgment to everything that goes out the door.
This isn’t a traffic-and-timelines role. We want someone who can sit in a creative review, look at options on the wall, and tell us why one is working and the other two aren’t - someone whose POV the creative team actually wants in the room.
What you’ll do
• Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns, films, and brand projects across multiple clients — from brief to final delivery
• Own day-to-day client relationships: regular communication, status updates, and forward-planning
• Take briefs, interrogate them, and translate them into clear, actionable inputs for creative, strategy, and production teams
• Participate in creative reviews and bring a strong, articulate point of view on what’s working and what isn’t
• Push back (constructively) on briefs that won’t deliver and on creative that misses the mark
• Track timelines, budgets, and scope; flag risks early and protect the work from last-minute chaos
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners (production houses, post, talent, media)
• Present work to clients with confidence, and sell ideas the team believes in.
What we’re looking for
• 2–4 years of experience at an advertising or creative agency, in account management, project management, or a hybrid role
• A genuine creative sensibility - you can explain why an idea works or doesn’t beyond “I like it” or “I don’t”
• Strong organizational instincts; you bring order to multiple parallel projects without losing the thread
• Excellent written and verbal communication; you’re comfortable in a client room and equally comfortable in a creative huddle
• Calm under pressure, quick to adapt when timelines shift or briefs evolve.
• A point of view, and the spine to share it — with clients and with creatives.
Bonus points
• Experience on automobile / auto-category clients (strongly preferred)
• A background or hands-on stint in copy, design, strategy, or production
• A portfolio of campaigns you can walk us through end-to-end
