Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant position based in Delhi, OH. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and performing reconciliations. Key responsibilities include budgeting, tax preparation, compliance with financial regulations, monitoring cash flow, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping
- Experience with budgeting, tax preparation, and compliance with financial regulations
- Strong skills in working with accounting software and financial management tools
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and communicate financial insights
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus
- Prior experience in a corporate finance role or IT-related industry is an advantage
