Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 700000 (ie INR 3-7 LPA)

This role involves supporting the strategic planning process by producing actionable consumer insights, developing creative strategies based on data, and ensuring that brand goals align with audience needs. It requires a blend of analytical thought and creative storytelling to contribute to the creation of impactful and motivating campaigns.
Requirements
Role Deliverables:
- Perform market, category, and consumer research to uncover emerging trends
- Convert research findings and data into insightful consumer perspectives and strategic initiatives
- Craft creative briefs based on insights and business objectives
- Work closely with creative, account management, and operations teams throughout the campaign development process
- Create and deliver strategic presentations and idea decks for internal and client discussions
- Engage in client workshops, briefings, and feedback sessions to ensure alignment on campaign objectives
Mandatory Skills Required:
- Proficient research and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)
- Capability to distill data into engaging narratives and actionable plans
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation abilities
- Enthusiasm for consumer behavior, popular culture, and emerging trends
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across different teams
- Preferred Industry Experience: Advertising, Events
Optional Skills Required:
- Familiarity with research tools such as YouGov, Mintel, or Google Trends
- Previous experience in brand tracking, segmentation studies, or ethnographic research
- Basic knowledge of digital media and performance marketing metrics
- Experience in creative writing or storytelling
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency in a planning or marketing strategy role
Language Proficiency Required:
- English - Professional proficiency (both spoken and written)
- Candidates who frequently change jobs will not be preferred
