Position: Accounts / Operations Executive – Insurance Broking**

**Salary:** ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
**Experience Required:**
* Minimum 4–5 years of experience in an insurance company or insurance broking firm
**Key Requirements:**
* Strong working knowledge of Excel (advanced functions preferred)
* Good understanding of insurance processes and documentation
* Ability to handle data, reconciliations, and reporting
efficiently
* Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
* Handling day-to-day accounting / operational activities
* Preparing reports and MIS using Excel
* Coordination with insurers and internal teams
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
