Accounts & Finance:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and daily financial transactions
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and collections
- Process supplier payments including airlines, hotels, and DMCs
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Manage BSP reconciliation and airline ticketing accounts
- Track credit limits follow up on outstanding payments
- Prepare financial reports, MIS, and assist in budgeting
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance
GST / VAT & Compliance:
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) / VAT returns (if UAE-based)
- Ensure proper tax invoicing for travel services
- Reconcile tax data with financial records
- Handle tax-related queries, audits, and documentation
Travel Industry Operations Support:
- Verify ticketing, refund, and reissue transactions
- Handle cancellations and refund accounting entries
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams for booking records
- Maintain supplier agreements and rate contracts documentation
Administrative Duties:
- Oversee daily office administration
- Maintain records, contracts, and filing systems
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Manage office supplies and logistics
- Support HR functions (attendance, payroll inputs, onboarding)
