Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Officer located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include managing financial statements, analyzing financial data, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Account Officer will collaborate with internal teams, provide exceptional customer service, and effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks involve handling account reconciliations, preparing reports, and assisting with decision-making processes through data analysis.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and Finance principles
- Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
- Experience in Customer Service and the ability to build client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools; familiarity with financial systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CPA or CA are an advantage
- Experience: 5+ years in corporate finance & accounting, including taxation/audit.
- Technical Skills: Strong SAP, MS Word/Excel, GST/TDS laws, financial reporting tools.
