Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for an Account Officer. The role involves preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining accurate financial records, liaising with clients to address inquiries or concerns, and supporting the finance team with day-to-day tasks. This role is focused on accounts receivables, and we are looking for someone with strong communication and follow-up skills who can effectively interact with students and ensure timely collections.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and other accounting documentation
• Demonstrated Financial and Analytical Skills to identify trends and provide insights
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
• Proficiency with financial software and tools, attention to detail, and effective time management
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Communicate with students regarding pending payments
• Understanding of the healthcare or education sector is an advantage
• Coordinate with internal teams for payment updates
