Role Overview
We are looking for an Account Manager – Talent Acquisition who can manage client relationships end-to-end while driving hiring outcomes across multiple roles.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys both:
- working closely with clients and founders, and
- executing strong recruitment processes to close top talent.
You will act as the bridge between clients, candidates, and internal recruiting operations.
Responsibilities
Client Management
- Manage relationships with startup founders, hiring managers, and talent teams
- Understand hiring requirements, team structures, and role expectations
- Conduct intake calls and align on hiring strategy
- Share regular hiring updates, pipelines, and candidate feedback
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source and screen candidates across engineering, AI, product, and startup roles
- Coordinate interviews and manage hiring pipelines
- Evaluate candidate fit across technical skills, communication, and culture
- Maintain strong turnaround times and candidate experience
- Work with recruiters and sourcing teams to improve delivery quality
Operations & Coordination
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Track hiring metrics and pipeline progress
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and candidates
- Improve recruitment workflows and hiring processes
- Use AI tools and recruitment platforms effectively
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or account management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience handling clients directly is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience hiring for tech or startup roles is a plus
