Position: Account Manager/ Sr. Account Manager-ESG
Qualification: BE/B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics
Experience: 8–12 Years
Location: Hyderabad (Andhra, Telangana, MH, etc.) & Bangalore
Role Overview:
The Account Manager – ESG is a strategic, customer-facing role responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure. The role requires strong expertise in EDA (Electronic Design Automation) tools and VLSI design environments, with the ability to engage in value-driven technical discussions. The candidate will primarily cater to Government- Defense, Aerospace and Public Sector clients, positioning advanced EDA and simulation solutions to address complex engineering and design challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage key accounts within Government & Defense sectors, with a focus on EDA-driven solutions
- Identify customer challenges in semiconductor design, verification, and simulation, and propose tailored EDA solutions
- Deliver impactful product presentations, technical demos, and participate in deep-dive discussions on EDA/VLSI tools
- Drive end-to-end techno-commercial engagements, including tenders, bids, and procurement processes
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, technical stakeholders, and influencers
- Manage sales pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting, and achieve timely deal closures
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams for customized EDA solution proposals
Required Skills:
• Proven sales experience in Government, Defense, or PSU sectors
• Strong understanding of VLSI design flow and EDA tools
• Hands-on or functional knowledge of leading EDA platforms such as Siemens EDA, Cadence, and Synopsys
• Working knowledge of CAE/simulation tools (Ansys, Nastran, Altair, COMSOL, Hexagon)
• Strong capability in consultative selling and key account management
• Familiarity with procurement platforms such as GeM and e-tendering processes

• Strong techno-commercial acumen with a strategic sales mindset
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proactive, result-oriented, and self-driven approach
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and work under pressure
• Adaptability to evolving technologies, especially within EDA and semiconductor domains
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%)
