Overview
Location: Bengaluru | Type: Full-time | Industry: Creative Agency
Own day-to-day client communication and execution across 3–4 accounts. Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams while ensuring clarity, timelines, and quality. Bring a strong understanding of social media and marketing to guide clients and ensure work aligns with platform dynamics and business goals. This is not a coordination role. You are expected to think, filter, push back, and drive outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end client communication as the primary point of contact
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and trust
• Understand client goals and translate them into clear internal briefs
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth delivery
• Manage multiple projects and timelines without constant supervision
• Proactively communicate updates, risks, and delays to clients
• Collect, interpret, and structure client feedback before sharing internally
• Filter vague or conflicting feedback and reduce unnecessary rework
• Review deliverables before sharing to ensure quality and alignment
• Apply strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
• Guide clients on content direction and what works vs what does not
• Contribute to campaign and content thinking with practical inputs
• Ensure strategy is executable, not just conceptual
• Handle client pushback, negotiate timelines, and manage scope creep
• Identify upsell or expansion opportunities and flag to leadership
• Support client retention and long-term account continuity
Requirements/Qualifications
• 3–4 years of experience in a marketing agency
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to push back when required
• High attention to detail and structured thinking
• Ability to handle pressure and manage difficult client situations
• Ability to filter, prioritize, and make decisions independently
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
