Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, combining office-based and remote work. The Account Manager/Sales Manager – Enterprise SaaS Sales will focus on acquiring and managing client accounts, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, closing sales, managing customer portfolios, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure long-term partnerships. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align customer requirements with the company’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with clients and convey the value of company products
- Knowledge of finance concepts, particularly in the context of supply chain and SaaS solutions
- Proficiency in customer service and account management to maintain and grow client relationships
- Experience in enterprise SaaS sales or relevant B2B sales is highly preferred
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup and adapt to dynamic work environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
