We are looking for an experienced Account Manager - Sales with a strong background in the US staffing industry. This role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with direct clients and MSP partners, driving new business opportunities, and working closely with internal delivery teams to ensure consistent service quality and revenue growth.

โข Manage and grow relationships with direct clients and MSP accounts
โข Act as the primary contact for client communication and account management
โข Identify workforce needs and recommend suitable staffing solutions
โข Retain and expand existing accounts through proactive engagement
โข Identify and acquire new direct clients and MSP partnerships
โข Lead client presentations, commercial discussions, and deal closures
โข Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams for requirement fulfillment
โข Track account performance and share sales insights with leadership

โข Experience in US staffing sales and account management
โข Understanding of direct client engagement and MSP programs
โข Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
โข Ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts
โข Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

โข Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
