Role Description
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Account Manager – Sales based in Bengaluru. The role includes managing client accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, handling enquiries, generating new leads, and identifying business opportunities. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to support long-term customer partnerships and business growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in sales and business development of essential oils and botanical extracts
- Strong account management and client relationship skills
- Experience in lead generation and new business development
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site sales environment in Bengaluru
- CRM and data analysis knowledge will be an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field preferred
