Partner Relationship & Adoption
- Manage 25-35 strategic partner accounts (distributors, brokers, RIAs) per quarter, ensuring smooth onboarding and platform activation.
- Conduct regular check‑ins, QBRs, and pulse calls to track adoption, health, and potential risks.
- Drive time‑to‑first‑value (TTFV) for new partners within defined timelines (e.g., 7–14 days from onboarding).
Renewals, Retention & Expansion
- Manage contract renewals and upsell/cross‑sell opportunities (higher tiers, add‑on modules, white‑labeling, etc.).
- Keep partner churn below a defined threshold (e.g., 5–8% annualized) through proactive engagement and issue resolution.I
- dentify and execute revenue‑expansion plans for top‑tier partners (20–30% YoY growth per key account).
Training, Enablement & Advocacy
- Conduct partner training sessions (webinars, 1:1 demos, onboarding workshops) and maintain recorded/playbook assets.
- Create and share best‑practice guides, success stories, and use‑case templates tailored to partner segments (MF distributors, RIAs, banks).
Feedback Loop & Product‑Partner Alignment
- Gather structured feedback (surveys, interviews, call notes) and translate them into product, UI, and workflow improvements.
- Participate in roadmap discussions with product and UX to align with partner priorities (e.g., reporting, compliance, multi‑asset workflows).
Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report on partner health, login activity, transaction volumes, and feature usage to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare dashboards and scorecards for leadership and account‑specific performance reviews.
Must Have Skills
