Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Kotda Sangani (Plant Location), Rajkot
Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure accurate accounting practices, and support compliance and audit requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate posting and processing of all accounting entries in ERP systems (e.g., Miracle) to maintain error-free records.
- Handle cash and petty cash transactions and maintain proper cash balances.
- Prepare and update Accounts Receivable (AR) reports and share updates with the sales team and management every 10 days.
- Manage banking activities including cheque deposits, RTGS transactions, and timely payments.
- Follow management instructions and ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
- Maintain accurate ERP data backup without errors.
- Assist in audit processes by coordinating with consultants and providing required data and clarifications.
- Prepare scrutiny data for tax assessments and coordinate with consultants.
- Review and verify GST details as per compliance requirements.
- Provide dispatch-related documentation as required.
- Prepare and issue Form 15G for employees at the end of each financial year.
- Prepare TDS sheets and ensure timely payment of TDS.
Qualifications
- MBA (Finance), CA / Inter CA preferred
- BBA / B.Com (Finance) may also be considered
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in account finalization and handling multiple branches preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, compliance, and HR operations
- Experience with ERP/accounting software (preferred)
IT Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Managerial Skills
- Leadership and team management
- Strong communication skills
- Conflict resolution abilities
