Role: Quick Commerce Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full platforms account (Zepto, Blinkit, big basket)
- Plan & execute sales strategies for growth & revenue.
- Optimise category (dry fruits/snacking) – pricing, assortment, content.
- Handle mega campaigns (Grand Diwali sale).
- Manage P&L, pricing, discounts & ROI.
- Oversee inventory planning & stock availability.
- Coordinate with internal teams & platform POC.
- Track KPIs (sales, CTR, conversion, returns) & improve performance.
- Optimise listings, SEO, and product content.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews & quality.
- Track competitors & market trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 yrs in Quick - commerce ((Zepto, Blinkit, big basket, preferred).
- FMCG/food category experience is a plus.
- Strong Excel & analytics (Power BI/Tableau).
- Knowledge of platform ecosystem & campaigns.
- Good communication & stakeholder management.
- Self-driven & multitasking ability.
