Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager (Project Manager) located in Bengaluru. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, manage project deliverables, nurture client relationships, and act as the main point of contact between clients and the company. Responsibilities include ensuring project timelines are met, managing budgets, fostering excellent customer service experiences, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve project goals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to manage client relationships effectively and ensure client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and Analytical Skills for monitoring and optimizing project resources and outcomes.
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients and coordinate across internal teams clearly and professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in the technology services sector is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
