Job Overview:
You will be responsible for managing podcast clients and the end-to-end execution of podcast projects. This includes coordinating between clients, internal production teams, and ensuring smooth delivery of podcast episodes and content assets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Own end-to-end podcast project coordination (planning → shoot → edit → publish)
· Act as the primary point of contact for podcast clients, hosts, and guests
· Schedule and manage podcast shoots, recordings, and timelines
· Coordinate with internal teams (video editors, designers, content writers)
· Ensure timely delivery of episodes, reels, and promotional content
· Maintain clear communication and regular updates with clients
· Assist in podcast content planning (topics, guest flow, episode structure)
· Track project progress and resolve bottlenecks proactively
· Ensure quality control and consistency across all podcast deliverables
Qualifications and Skills:
· 2–5 years in Account Management / Client Servicing / Media roles
· Strong communication and coordination skills
· Basic understanding of podcast production and content workflows
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
· Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Additional Skills:
· Experience working with podcasts or video content
· Understanding of social media content formats (reels, shorts, clips)
· Exposure to creator-led content or personal branding
· Ability to contribute to content ideas and storytelling
Tools:
· Notion / Google Docs
· Frame.io (or similar review tools)
· Scheduling & coordination tools
· Communication tools (Slack / WhatsApp / Email)
