Role OverviewWe are seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to build and scale a high-impact enablement program for our Solutions, Technology, and Reseller Partners across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments.
This role will be responsible for equipping partners with the right knowledge, training, and tools to effectively sell, implement, and support our platform, as well as build integrations where applicable. The role requires a mix of content strategy, program management, and stakeholder collaboration to drive partner success and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in SaaS enablement, training/content development, and partner or customer education, and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Development & Execution- Design and implement a scalable Partner Enablement Program aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Define structured learning paths and certification frameworks for different partner types (Sales, Pre-sales, Technical, and Strategic).
- Drive adoption of enablement programs across partner segments (Enterprise, Mid-Market, SMB).
Training & Content Development- Develop and manage a Partner Training & Certification Program, ensuring content is up-to-date, easy to consume, and role-specific.
- Create self-serve learning assets such as:
- Product guides
- Sales playbooks
- Demo scripts
- Integration documentation
- Deliver or support partner workshops, webinars, and onboarding sessions for key partners.
Strategic Partner Enablement- Build custom enablement plans for high-priority partners to help them:
- Sell effectively
- Deliver services
- Integrate solutions into their offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, and Professional Services) to align enablement initiatives with partner needs.
Content & Asset Management- Curate and maintain a centralized repository of enablement assets for easy partner access.
- Work with Product Marketing and internal stakeholders to update and enhance sales and product collateral.
Performance Tracking & Optimization- Define KPIs to measure partner readiness, certification completion, and performance impact.
- Analyze partner engagement and performance data to identify gaps and improve programs.
- Establish feedback loops with partners to continuously refine enablement strategies.
Tools & Platform Management- Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools.
- Ensure seamless delivery of training content and tracking of partner progress and certifications.
Qualifications & Experience- 3–6 years of experience in Partner Enablement, Sales Enablement, Customer Education, or Training roles.
- Prior experience in SaaS, B2B technology, or consulting environments is strongly preferred.
- Strong skills in content creation, instructional design, and training delivery.
- Experience in building or scaling certification or learning programs is a plus.
- Good understanding of partner ecosystems (resellers, system integrators, technology partners).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams such as Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
- Familiarity with LMS, PRM tools, or enablement platforms is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)- Experience working with global or APAC partner ecosystems
- Exposure to digital experience, analytics, or martech platforms
- Basic understanding of API/integration concepts
