Role: Account Manager
Location: Surat, Baruch, Gujrat.
Exp Range: 8+ Yrs
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts in the Pulp & Paper industry.
- Build strong relationships with plant, technical, and procurement stakeholders.
- Provide technical support in paper machine operations, wet-end chemistry, and process optimization.
- Conduct plant visits, troubleshooting, and performance evaluations.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive product adoption and customer retention.
- Lead chemical trials and support solution implementation at customer sites.
- Analyze operational data to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Promote value-based selling and Nalco Water’s digital solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with Ecolab and customer safety standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 8+ years in paper chemicals, specialty chemicals, industrial water treatment, or Pulp & Paper.
- Strong knowledge of paper machines, wet-end chemistry, pulp operations, and dosing systems.
- Experience in technical sales, key account management, and consultative selling.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, product trials, and process optimization.
- Ability to analyze data and perform system diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing territories and customer relationships.
