Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in account management or client servicing within a digital
media agency.
Strong understanding of digital media planning and campaign execution.
Excellent communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Adept with excel, power point and should have a strong knowledge of AI tools.
Comfortable working with performance reports, data, and campaign insights.
Experience handling client-facing presentations and discussions independently.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong, long-term
relationships.
Understand client business objectives and translate them into clear briefs for internal
teams.
Lead regular client communication including campaign updates, performance
reviews, and strategic discussions.
Media Planning & Execution
Collaborate with internal media teams to develop data-driven media strategies and
plans as well as critically examine them.
Oversee the execution of digital and/or integrated media campaigns across platforms.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client KPIs.
Campaign Monitoring & Reporting
Track campaign performance and ensure optimization opportunities are identified.
Present campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to clients in a clear and
compelling manner.
Project Management
Coordinate with partner agencies, publishers, clients, creative, strategy, and media
teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations effectively.
Business Growth
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through new initiatives, media
innovations, or campaign opportunities.
Support leadership in upselling and strategic planning.
