Job Description – Account Manager (Paid Ads)
Job Title: Account Manager – Paid Ads
Location: Remote
Work Timings: Flexible shift between 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM IST
Experience: 2–5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager – Paid Ads to manage client relationships, coordinate paid advertising campaigns, and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, confidence handling US-based clients, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and maintain strong relationships
- Coordinate and oversee paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
- Understand client goals, campaign expectations, and business priorities
- Conduct regular client calls, meetings, and performance updates
- Work closely with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure timely execution
- Track campaign performance, timelines, and account deliverables
- Handle client escalations professionally and provide proactive solutions
- Identify account growth opportunities and support upselling initiatives
- Maintain reports, documentation, and account records accurately
Required Skills
- 10/10 verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with US clients on calls regularly
- Strong client handling and stakeholder management ability
- Understanding of paid ads and digital marketing workflows
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Preferred Experience
- Experience in paid ads, account management, client servicing, recruitment, or digital marketing agencies
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or campaign coordination preferred
- Prior experience working with international or US-based clients is a strong plus
