ROLE DESCRIPTION
Full-time, on-site at NIBM, Pune. Relocation is mandatory.
This role sits where marketing, client management, and project execution meet. You need to be strong in all three.
- You'll own client relationships across multiple accounts — first call to final delivery.
- You'll turn vague client ambition into sharp briefs.
- Hold a strategy conversation in the morning, a project review in the afternoon. And make sure what leaves this studio isn't just on time, it's right.
- Day to day: write briefs that give the studio clear direction.
- Keep timelines, deliverables, and clients moving without losing momentum.
- Defend the client's brand inside the studio.
- Pitch new business.
- Spot growth in existing accounts before the client asks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in an advertising or marketing consultancy, client-facing. Agency-side is non-negotiable. Brand-side-only won't be considered.
- You've run marketing projects end to end — brief, ideation, stakeholders, delivery.
- You handle clients independently. Briefs, presentations, feedback loops — all yours.
- Strong marketing fundamentals: brand, positioning, audience, messaging. And the sense to know what clients need, not just what they ask for.
- Tight project management across multiple accounts at once.
- Fluent written and spoken English. Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Media, Advertising, or related.
On-site | Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
