Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager Key Account. The Account Manager will be accountable for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, developing strategic business plans, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client needs, providing exceptional customer service, monitoring account performance, and identifying opportunities for growth. Qualifications
- Proven experience in Account Management and managing Key Accounts
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance and identify areas for growth
- Proficiency in Business Planning and strategy development

- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience in the travel or GDS sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred
