Responsibilities
- Lead, identify, and proactively onboard influencers on a performance campaign.
- Understand and figure out how to maximize storefront performance by matching the right influencers with the right brands and campaign requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams and prepare pitches for clients according to the campaign objectives
- Coordinate and manage expectations in terms of quality and timely delivery from influencers as well as from the internal team
- Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to negotiate the best possible terms and establish commercial and strategic agreements with influencers.
- Build relations with KOLs in the industry and upsell on ongoing campaigns
- Building Relationships with Existing and New Influencers.
- Negotiating with the Influencers for their commercials.
- Planning & Execution of influencer campaigns
- Developing business driving & communication strategies and assisting clients with future campaign planning.
Qualifications
- A Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or another relevant field
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills & should have outstanding presentation-making skills
- Digital First - Passion for Internet/Digital
- Minimum experience of 2 years in an agency
- Ability to decode trends and analytics from Data
- Ability to lead the team with a problem-solving attitude
- Passionate about building successful collaborations with influencers
