What You Will Be Doing
- AI-Driven Sales Execution: Apply GenAI technologies directly to support and elevate the daily execution of sales operations.
- Strategic Sales Forecasting and Market Intelligence: Manage advanced analytics initiatives that leverage AI to project long-term market dynamics and sales outcomes.
- Champion AI Integration: Spearhead efforts to implement AI-powered tools that provide sales teams with real-time support during customer engagements and sales discussions.
Account Manager Key Responsibilities
- Deliver measurable gains in sales efficiency and effectiveness by designing and deploying AI-powered sales solutions.
Basic Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced generative AI (including use of multiple AI platforms, workflow automation, and custom GPT development); experience limited to using LLMs for research, learning, brainstorming, or content creation will not meet this requirement
- A minimum of 3 years of B2B software sales experience

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
