Account Manager – Healthcare Growth & AI Marketing

About the Role
We’re looking for a smart, analytical, and AI-native Account Manager with 2–4 years of experience to join our Bangalore team. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll lead growth initiatives across healthcare brands, manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, and work closely with founders on strategy, execution, and optimisation.
The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, strong with numbers, deeply curious about AI tools, and capable of combining performance marketing with strategic thinking to drive measurable business outcomes. If you enjoy solving growth problems, scaling campaigns, experimenting with AI workflows, and building systems that deliver results — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing & Growth Strategy
• Strategise and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across multiple healthcare brands
• Build full-funnel marketing strategies focused on OPD growth, lead generation, appointment bookings, and revenue impact
• Analyse campaign performance and make data-backed optimisation decisions on targeting, creatives, bidding, landing pages, and budget allocation
• Own CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall campaign profitability
• Identify scaling opportunities and growth levers across channels
AI-First Marketing & Automation
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity to improve campaign execution speed and efficiency
• Monitor AI-assisted workflows for reporting, content generation, lead qualification, SEO execution, and campaign analysis
SEO & Local Business Growth
• Lead local SEO and Google Business Profile (GMB) growth strategies for clinics and hospitals
• Improve rankings, local visibility, and patient acquisition through SEO-led initiatives
• Monitor keyword performance, search trends, and competitor strategies
• Work with content and design teams to execute SEO-driven campaigns and landing pages
Analytics, Reporting & Decision-Making
• Build performance dashboards and generate actionable insights for clients across SEO, paid media, CRM
• Track marketing KPIs and identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities proactively
• Present growth insights and recommendations to founders and clients
• Use structured problem-solving and analytical thinking to improve campaign outcomes
Client & Team Collaboration
• Manage client communication for ongoing campaigns and growth initiatives
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, developers, and automation teams for execution
• Ensure campaigns are delivered with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
• Contribute to strategic discussions around healthcare marketing innovation and AI adoption

Required Qualifications
• Maximum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
• Strong experience in client facing roles in SaaS, Healthcare, marketing agencies
• Working knowledge of SEO, local SEO, and Google Business Profile optimisation
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with comfort working in spreadsheets and dashboards
• Demonstrated use of AI tools for marketing workflows, research, analysis, or automation
• Excellent understanding of campaign metrics, attribution, and funnel optimisation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Engineering (BE/Byech) background preferred
Preferred / Bonus Skills
• Experience working with healthcare brands, hospitals, clinics, or health-tech companies
• Understanding of landing page optimisation and CRO
• Experience managing multi-location local business marketing campaigns

Compensation
Fixed (4-6 LPA)+Performance Variable+ESOPs based on experience, credentials and performance in the marketing assignment that will be given.
