The Role
We are looking for a high-energy Account Manager/Executive to drive our outbound growth. You will be the bridge between initial outreach and long-term client success, hunting for new business while nurturing existing high-value relationships.
Your Responsibilities- Outbound Growth: Proactively identify and engage new leads to expand our global footprint.
- Consultative Sales: Identify client pain points and demonstrate how We360.ai transforms their productivity.
- Relationship Management: Own the full client lifecycle—from first contact to successful upsells and retention.
- Client Visits: Travel to customer sites to build deep-rooted rapport and uncover growth opportunities.
- Reporting: Manage and report on account health and pipeline status using our internal tools.
What We’re Looking For- Experience:Min 2 Years in outbound Sales and Maximum 5 years Proven track record in Outbound Sales or as an Account Manager/Executive.
- Communication: Highly articulate, persuasive, and comfortable in client-facing environments.
- Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel to meet with key stakeholders.
- Mindset: A "hunter" mentality with a passion for the HR Tech/SaaS industry.
