We are hiring a high-ownership Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our global clients. This role is suited for individuals who are structured, accountable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will serve as a key interface between clients, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery and long-term client success.

Leadership

SkillsCapital is led by a team with deep experience across enterprise technology, global consulting, and high-performance startup environments. The founding and advisory team brings backgrounds from organizations such as IBM, Accenture, PwC, Deloitte, Trilogy, and ESW Capital, combining enterprise-scale execution with a strong focus on building and scaling technology-led businesses.

Academically, the team includes alumni from The Wharton School, London Business School, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad, and Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani.

Context

Over the past year, we have:

  • Achieved 0 → 1 (product and market validation)
  • Scaled 1 → 20 with paying customers and repeat business
  • Built a profitable, bootstrapped platform with global traction

We are now scaling from 20 → 200, with a strong focus on delivery excellence, client retention, and expansion across accounts.

Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for owning client relationships and ensuring high-quality delivery across engagements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end client relationships across multiple global accounts
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring responsiveness
  • Coordinating with talent, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution
  • Tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities for account expansion and repeat business
  • Maintaining strong follow-ups, documentation, and execution discipline

This role requires ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with 1–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, project coordination, or delivery roles.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage global clients
  • Excellent coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
  • A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to take ownership rather than escalate
  • High accountability for outcomes, not just assigned tasks
  • Comfort working in a startup environment with ambiguity and high expectations

Prior exposure to technology consulting, remote delivery teams, or enterprise software clients would be an advantage.
