We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow strategic customer relationships for a global leader in digital experiences.
🔹 Role: Account Manager
🔹 Location: Remote (India)
🔹 Market: North America
🔹 Experience: 5+ years in SaaS / B2B sales / account management
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow enterprise and mid-market customer accounts
• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue
• Build relationships with stakeholders across business units
• Conduct account reviews and develop strategic account plans
• Manage sales pipeline and drive customer engagement
Skills Required
• Experience in SaaS / enterprise sales / account management
• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills
• Experience working with North America customers preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
