Account Manager – Employer BrandingCompany: True Blue Advisory (TBA)

About the RoleTBA is looking for an Account Manager who can independently manage end-to-end employer branding mandates for leading global and Indian organizations. This role requires a strong mix of strategic account management, stakeholder engagement, recruitment marketing understanding, communication planning, and project execution capabilities.
The individual will work closely with CHROs, Talent Acquisition leaders, Employer Branding teams, Corporate Communications teams, and business stakeholders to drive integrated employer brand initiatives across the employee lifecycle — spanning EVP communication, talent attraction, candidate experience, employee engagement, leadership branding, culture storytelling, and advocacy-led campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Partnership
Act as the primary point of contact for employer branding engagements and build strong relationships with HR, TA, and business stakeholders
Employer Brand Strategy
Support execution of EVP-led communication strategies, employer positioning narratives, talent messaging frameworks, and recruitment marketing initiatives
Integrated Campaign Management
Manage integrated employer branding campaigns across LinkedIn, career sites, Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, internal communication channels, and digital ecosystems
Recruitment Marketing
Coordinate hiring campaigns, talent attraction initiatives, employer storytelling assets, and candidate engagement communication
Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
Work alongside strategy teams to operationalize EVP pillars into internal and external communication touchpoints
Employee Advocacy
Support employee advocacy and leadership visibility initiatives through structured content and communication planning
Internal Communications
Manage culture campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, internal branding assets, leadership communication, and thematic communication calendars
Content & Creative Coordination
Collaborate with copy, design, video, and digital teams to ensure brand-aligned and insight-driven communication outputs
Program Management
Drive timelines, trackers, approvals, governance processes, meeting notes, and delivery workflows across multiple accounts
Digital & Social
Oversee employer brand content calendars, platform-specific communication, engagement metrics, and amplification coordination
Reporting & Analytics
Support campaign reporting, engagement analysis, employer brand perception tracking, and monthly performance reviews
Client Presentations
Prepare presentations, strategic recommendations, workshop summaries, communication frameworks, and review documents for leadership teams
Required Skills & Qualifications- 3–6 years of experience in Employer Branding, Brand Communications, Talent Marketing, Digital Marketing, HR Marketing, or Account Management
- Strong understanding of employer branding ecosystems and talent communication frameworks
- Familiarity with EVP articulation, candidate journey mapping, employee engagement communication, and employer reputation management
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and project management capabilities
- Understanding of social media strategy, digital content planning, and platform-native communication
- Ability to work in fast-paced consulting or agency environments
- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and project management trackers
Good to Have- Experience working on GCC, technology, consulting, BFSI, or enterprise employer branding mandates
- Exposure to employee advocacy programs, culture campaigns, recruitment campaigns, and EVP launches
- Understanding of employer review platforms such as Glassdoor and AmbitionBox
- Familiarity with social listening, employer perception analysis, and talent audience segmentation
- Exposure to paid media campaigns and performance marketing for hiring initiatives
