Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager specializing in e-commerce, located in Bareilly. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key e-commerce client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships, overseeing account performance, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key tasks include analyzing campaign performance data, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to implement strategies that enhance overall client success in the e-commerce space.
Qualifications
- Experience in account management, customer relationship management, and client communication.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and performance tracking.
- Strong skills in problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, campaign optimization, and e-commerce trends is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment in Bareilly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
