Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Management: Nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, IT heads).
- New Acquisition & Hunting: Proactively identify and acquire new large-scale, enterprise-level clients.
- Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage complex, consultative sales processes from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to position and deliver security solutions, including network security, EDR/XDR, cloud security, and IT services.
- Revenue Accountability: Meet or exceed quarterly/yearly quotas, focusing on top-line revenue, margins, and on-time collections.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to provide accurate forecasts and maintain up-to-date client records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 5–8 years in B2B enterprise sales, specifically within cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or cloud solutions.
- Technical Understanding: Deep understanding of cybersecurity landscapes and security products.
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to build relationships at the executive (CIO/CISO) level.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong abilities in negotiating contracts and closing large deals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
