Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager / Customer Success professional to manage relationships with our enterprise clients. In this full-time WORK FROM OFFICE based in Bengaluru, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction by understanding their needs, resolving issues promptly, and providing tailored solutions. The role involves handling end-to-end client onboarding, monitoring account performance, and identifying growth opportunities for clients with DealBerg's offerings.
Qualifications
- Client Management, Relationship Building, and Customer Success skills, with an emphasis on enterprise-level clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in account performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving client issues.
- Analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and propose tailored solutions for clients.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, supply chain management, or B2B industries is a plus.
- Ability to maintain a customer-centric mindset and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
