Areas of expertise: Strong grasp of design trends, with experience in resource planning, contract negotiation, vendor management, and leading remote cross-cultural teams.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage design projects from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creative teams and clients, ensuring project goals are met on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, coordination, and delivery of design projects
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource needs
- Create detailed project plans and manage changes to project scope/schedule
Team Leadership
- Coordinate creative teams including designers, strategists, content creators, and external vendors
- Facilitate teamwork, resolve blockers, and ensure clarity of roles & responsibilities
- Conduct regular project reviews and status updates
Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Gather requirements, translate them into actionable tasks, and manage expectations
- Present progress updates, address feedback, and ensure client satisfaction
Analytical & Problem-Solving
- Good judgment with the ability to make informed decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Budget & Resource Management
- Track project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
- Forecast resource needs and optimize utilization
- Report on financials and variances
Process Improvement
- Document workflows, streamline processes, and implement best practices
- Facilitate post-project evaluations and knowledge sharing
Skills
- Strong understanding of design processes, creative workflows, and deliverables
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Solid planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
