We’re hiring: Manager – Accounts
Location: Chennai (IIT Madras Research Park)

About the Role
We are looking for an Accounts Manager to handle end-to-end accounting, compliance, and financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, works well in a fast-paced environment, and can build strong financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete accounting operations and ensure books are accurate and audit-ready
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI compliances
- Lead and coordinate internal and external audits
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow reports
- Support budgeting and financial planning
- Improve accounting systems and support ERP implementation
- Handle billing, reconciliations, and documentation
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders
Must have completed Articleship from a Big 4 / Big 6 firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, BDO, Grant Thornton)
OR
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in any of the above firms Requirements
- CA with 4+ years experience in Accounts & Finance
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and compliance
- Experience in financial reporting and audit handling
- Good working knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems
- Exposure to import/export or forex (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Willingness to take ownership and work in a dynamic environment
