This is a full-time on-site position located in Gurugram for an Account Manager - Brand Partnership. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, managing end-to-end brand protection strategies, and driving client satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to execute brand protection solutions, analyzing digital marketplace trends, creating strategic solutions to address client challenges, and presenting detailed reports to clients. The role also involves identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and ensuring ongoing alignment with client goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder engagement
- Skills in digital marketing, brand strategy, and brand protection initiatives
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret market data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with intellectual property management and digital law enforcement tools is a plus
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve client goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus
- 2-5 years of experience in account management, business development, or a related field
