Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Jaipur. The Account Manager will focus on nurturing relationships with clients, facilitating communication, and identifying client needs. Qualifications
- Experience in client relationship management, account handling, and post-sales support
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and account management software
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Understanding of the local market in Jaipur or familiarity with similar regions is beneficial
