Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Muvattupuzha. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing client inquiries, resolving issues, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs, and contributing to sales growth. The role also involves promoting consistent communication between clients and the organization to drive long-term business success.
