Role Description
We are seeking a full-time remote Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing key accounts, developing strategies to meet sales targets, providing product guidance, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs. The ideal candidate will effectively balance their expertise in relationship management with strategic sales planning to drive growth and ensure long-term partnership success.
Qualifications
- Strong account management skills, including client communication, relationship building, and resolving customer inquiries
- Proficiency in sales strategy, business development, and identifying growth opportunities
- Ability to understand and provide technical guidance on product offerings and solutions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills for efficiently handling multiple accounts and priorities
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting to monitor performance and achieve sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in the product identification or manufacturing industry is a plus
