Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager position located in Bhopal. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, monitoring sales performance, coordinating with internal teams, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to client retention strategies. Regular reporting, maintaining account data, and assisting in the identification of new business opportunities are also key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Account management, relationship management, and client service skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies for client retention
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Experience in the natural ingredients or related industries is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software like MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
