Role Description The Account Manager role at V V R V Logistics Hub LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Panvel. The Account Manager will manage key customer accounts, handle daily communication, and ensure that logistics services are aligned with client requirements. This includes coordinating with the operations team on vehicle allocation and scheduling, monitoring shipment status, and resolving service issues promptly. The role involves preparing quotes, tracking payments, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular updates to customers. The Account Manager will also identify opportunities to grow accounts, support customer retention, and contribute to process improvements in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations, preferably handling trailers, ODC, or heavy machinery consignments.
- Solid organizational and coordination abilities, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up on shipments and deliveries.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and business communication tools for reporting, record-keeping, and customer correspondence.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address service issues, manage risks, and support continuous improvement.
- Good knowledge of accounting and well experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of Tax Audit and Finalisation.

- Salary: 20000 - 30000.
